Due to current COVID-19 restrictions, this is a temporary work from home role but will ultimately work in the Atlanta, Georgia Office.


The *Software Test Engineer II* will directly report to the Manager, Software Engineering and will be responsible for testing and validating all digital analytics tagging solutions that supports various Cox Automotive channels with a primary focus on Manheim.com. This Software Test Engineer II creates and maintains automated and manual test packs against all tagging development and actively identifies defects throughout the development lifecycle. In addition, this Software Test Engineer II will also be responsible for, but not limited to:




* Testing and supporting all Manheim web analytics functions

* Monitors tagging for Production breakages/defects

* Ensures all data collected is correct and reaches all endpoints

* Auditing of tagging on regular basis

* Implementing automation tests in industry standard testing frameworks

* Writing application code on-time, within scope, and in compliance with company standards & practices and industry & platform-specific best practices.


Qualifications:

* Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or Business; related work experience may be substituted for advanced degree.

* 3+ years of experience or equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.

* Strong experience with frameworks and web drivers such as:


* Webdriver.io

* Mocha

* Selenium

* Puppeteer




* Strong experience with using a browsers Web Console and/or debugger to troubleshoot network calls (QA Tagging).

* Experience with JavaScript, JSON, jQuery and Data Layer Objects skills. Analytics tagging and implementation experience is required.

* Experience within the field of digital analytics working with standard click stream analysis tools: Adobe Analytics/SiteCatalyst/Omniture, Google Analytics, WebTrends, CoreMetrics, New Relic, etc.

* Experience developing within Adobes Launch Tag Management System (TMS) or similar TMS.

* Experience with Agile methodology

* Working experience in unit, functional and integration testing

* Requires physical ability and mental acuity to execute the duties of the position successfully within required timeframes to meet business requirements.
