Product Sales Specialist Collaboration

What You'll Do:

Sales Specialists promote Ciscos leading-edge solutions.

As a Software Sales Specialist for our Recurring Offers in the Swedish Market, you will position our Buying Programs like Enterprise Agreements whilst adopting a business sales approach. You will define how Ciscos Buying Programs together with Services and Cisco Capital can deliver enhanced business outcomes to our customers.

In this job you will:

  • Succeed through a cohesive team of Account Managers, Sales Specialist, pre-sales Engineers and Technical leaders.
  • Provide consultative and discovery selling by positioning Buying Programs.
  • Provide direct sales execution to high touch customers and partners.
  • Support the country sales plan and execute the sales strategy, and based on that define your own plan for your solution to achieve your sales goals
  • Understand and articulate Ciscos vision and strategy for Recurring Offers.
  • Partner with Marketing and Business Development teams to launch sales initiatives and support sales campaigns.
  • Demonstrate a clear awareness of specific market pressures, trends, competition and transitions.
  • Actively work with our partners in campaigns and on specific chance to create success for them and for us
  • Work with Cisco Capital, Services and Customer Success on a joint go to market plan for Cisco Recurring Offers

We are Cisco Sales. We sell solutions and products that make our customers successful. Our focus is to find and tackle their most critical problems and help them harness new market opportunities. We impact the way they use next-generation solutions through next-generation intelligent and secure platforms. You will join the Cisco Sales Specialist team in Sweden that consists of sales specialists. Our team has a commercial approach, and we provide Buying Programs subject matter expertise to Cisco sales force and our partners.

Together we are driving Ciscos Recurring Offers strategy: come and define it with us.

Who You Are

  • You bring sales experience from Software selling, and in Buying Programs
  • You are passionate about your job and this opportunity
  • You can understand, articulate and position the value of a Recurring Offers to customers.
  • Minimum BA degree in a business or engineering field or equivalent.
  • Demonstrate success in achieving and exceeding sales and financial goals.
  • You are a phenomenal teammate, you know how to drive sales teams and collaborate with them
  • Write and speak Swedish and English fluently.
  • You have a drivers license valid for Sweden

Skills

  • Strong sales background with the ability to translate outcome-based requirements into Cisco solutions.
  • Proven successful sales experience in Enterprise License Agreements.
  • Ability to define sales strategy.
  • Discover, forecast and run opportunities in the medium and long term.
  • Mastery in developing and encouraging meaningful customer relationships up to C-level, particularly CFOs and CPOs.
  • Delivery of engaging sales presentations.
  • In-depth knowledge of competitors and ability to apply competing successful sales strategies.
  • Negotiation skills to craft solutions that are beneficial to customers, partners and Cisco overall.
  • Proficiency in team selling approach.
  • Skilled in using social media to drive campaigns, stay in touch with partners and customers and discover new opportunities
