Enterprise routing team is a group of high energy, passionate on Quality, customer focused engineers who bring diverse perspectives and experiences to bear on the toughest engineering challenges.

What You'll Do

In this position you will be working on our next-gen routing platforms that provide solutions for Enterprise customers. You will get the opportunity to work on SDWAN, Application optimizations and Quality of Experience, Cloud Apps, SAAS riding on top of feature rich Cisco Protocol Stack.

Good communication and inter-personal skills are important. Candidate should be able to multitask and work with multiple teams. Very good troubleshooting skills. Exercises judgment within defined standards and consults with management. Dedication to customer success is key to this role.

Who You Are

Minimum qualification

• Typically requires MSEE/CS combined with 1-8 years of related experience or BSEE/CS combined with 1-10 years of experience
• Excellent knowledge in L4-L7 application testing, Cloud application testing (office 365, Sales force, box, service now etc.)
• SAAS applications and on prem/cloud solution testing exposure and SDWAN is a plus.
• Excellent Layer 2 and Layer 3 knowledge/ practical experience. Good understanding of various networking protocols and standards.
• Good programming/scripting skills using one of more of the programming languages like Python, Perl, C/C++, Java, Ruby
• Strong passion and experience in troubleshooting, debugging complex systems and possess excellent problem-solving techniques
• Execute tests, track and log issues and drive them till resolution with verification of bug fixes
• Review PRD, SFS, Test plans, and other documentations
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.

Desired Skills:

• Self-motivated, strong sense of ownership, good collaborator
• Application UI/BE testing is desired
• Knowledge of Selenium, Robot framework, REST APIs is preferred
• Knowledge of SD-WAN is a plus
• Knowledge of VMs/Docker is a plus
• Network protocols like TCP/IP, FTP, DHCP, HTTP, Routing/switching protocols (OSPF, BGP, IS-IS, STP, VLAN) knowledge
• Must be able to handle multiple tasks at once and work independently with minimal managerial guidance.
• Have experience in customer deployments
• Be open to continuous learning and committed to ongoing self-improvement.
• Initiate and participate in organizational efforts to improve overall group productivity and test effectiveness. Contribute to overall test strategies
