Qualcomm is expanding its automotive compute leadership in high performance cockpit electronics to L2/L3/L4 ADAS & autonomous driving solutions and has a worldwide team to actively design and prototype the brain of next-generation autonomous vehicles.
Especially in Seoul, South Korea, we are looking for a talented software engineer to work on one or more of the following related to deep learning:
- Implement and optimize 2D/3D camera perception algorithms on various platforms
- Develop a proof-of-concept requested by local customers who would like to understand the performance of Snapdragon SoCs and ML HW accelerators
You will have the opportunity to closely collaborate with a group of top talents in deep learning and autonomous driving globally.
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong understanding and experience of software development on various platforms
- Hands-on experience with deep learning platforms/libraries
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in C/C++
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in Linux
- Basic knowledge of computer vision and/or machine learning
- Hands-on experience with GPU programming (CUDA or OpenCL)
- Good understanding of various software technologies (design pattern, data structure, database, network, )
Education Requirements
- Required: Bachelor's or equivalent experience in Computer Engineering and/or Computer Science and/or Electrical Engineering
- Preferred: Masters or equivalent experience in Computer Engineering and/or Computer Science and/or Electrical Engineering
