What You'll Do
Cisco is seeking an experienced Software Compliance Engagement Manager to support collaboration with internal and external partners, as well as to plan, build, and execute best practice programs in software compliance, asset management, and software entitlement. In this role, you will support Cisco to significantly increase the value-add in their Services and Products offered. Our minimum requirements include:
Bachelor's degree required
5+ years hands-on experience in software license compliance
8+ years of experience in consulting, technology, or Services in a Fortune 500 high-technology company
Proven ability to collaborate and build positive relationships with partners and coworkers
Sophisticated negotiation skills to achieve win-win outcomes
Great program management skills, experience working with sales & legal teams, as well as customers, partners, and third-party vendors
Strong written and verbal presentation skills, including the ability to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences & partners
Proven ability to influence and resolve issues with senior leaders, customers, and partners
Ambitious and result-oriented, with the ability to work well both independently and in team environments
Strategic thinker with the ability to make sensible data-driven business decisions
Ability to Identify and evaluate complex business and technology risks, develop internal processes and controls that mitigate risks, as well as related opportunities for internal control improvement
Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced dynamic environment with excellent time management and prioritization skills
Strong background in understanding of auditing techniques and network infrastructure environments
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite with strong Excel skills
Highly experienced in PowerPoint, and developing compelling presentations to effectively communicate with a wide variety of audiences
