The US Public Sector is looking for a high-energy, experienced, strategic Program Manager who can support and help manage Cisco SLEDs Go-To-Market (GTM) acceleration programs. This will include an understanding of key use cases for the verticals, the critical role of strategic customer engagements, field and partner enablement, and GTM orchestration.


What Youll Do

       Work with SLED leadership team to clearly define life cycle requirements of sales acceleration programs

       Responsible for new idea creation

       Vet and scale opportunities, obtain Sales Leadership signoff

       Build GTM plan and oversee execution of launch and post-launch activity by Junior SLED Capture Program Manager

       Align funding to use cases, etc.

       Leverage customer and market data for prioritization

       Ensure standard content is developed and ready for sales enablement on schedule

       Manage logistics for US Enablement sessions and enable attendance

       Serve as a primary connection point between sales, partners, and marketing teams, to ensure coordination and alignment of efforts

       Execute GTM and Building Pipe thru targeting and enablement

       Assist with deal closure

       Measure success of launch activity; Ensure opportunities are in SFDC, create and manage pipeline and bookings report


Who You Are:

       Highly independent and self-motivated

       Detail-oriented and strong organizational skills

       Experience with SFDC

       Proven track record of success and cross-functional leadership of projects

       Strong critical and strategic thinking skills ability to connect the dots to find new opportunities

       Distinctive problem solving, and analytic skills combined with strong business acumen understanding of partners, marketing, sales, operations, etc.

       Comfortable leading in highly unstructured, ambiguous environments, with the ability to thrive in white spaces.

       Team player who is comfortable that your success rests on helping others to be successful

       Passionate about Cisco and our opportunity. Driven to succeed; whatever it takes attitude

       Education: Bachelors degree or equivalent
