Within this data driven team, you will play a strong role in supporting the future of PepsiCos consumer data vision, with a focus on first party data development, strategy and activation. You will be responsible for leading PepsiCos data acquisition initiatives and consumer loyalty program and executing on the vision. You will work cross-functionally with key stakeholders throughout PepsiCo to ensure theyre brought along throughout the process and executing from the current and future data capability. You will also work with multiple external vendor partners to bring your workstreams to life. Because you will play a critical role in developing the future of our consumer data strategy, an innate curiosity and deep capacity for problem-solving is critical to being successful. Responsibilities: Accountable for the integration and maintenance of PepsiCo North Americas CRM 1st Party data across all brands Consult on programs/activations to ensure proper integration of the new platform into existing data infrastructure; ensuring proper adherence to PepsiCos data privacy standards. Own approval of program integration and new campaign documentation Work closely with technical and functional teams to gather requirements, work with partners on the development and support of technical solutions for CRM programs across all North American PepsiCo brands Act as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders and proactively stay closely connected to them in the development and execution of our 1P data strategy Build a process to ensure connection across brand teams, eCommerce, and Consumer Relations to develop a seamless integration of content across the portfolio in our CRM, and that were facilitating data acquisition across program opportunities Serves as project manager for regular data updates and refreshes in CRM platform Partner with direct-to-consumer teams to develop data strategies that build and leverage 1P Data Promote and foster a \"learning culture\" by monitoring the latest industry thinking and innovation to inform the direction for future strategies/plans Support Sr. Manager by continuously championing and educating the organization on the role 1P Data plays in brand roadmaps Support in the ongoing evolution and optimization of the portfolio brand loyalty program PepsiCo Tasty Rewards Support Sr. Manager other CRM | 1P Data related projects as required Qualifications/Requirements Minimum Qualifications: Bachelors degree required A minimum of 4+ years prior Marketing experience in CRM data and platforms Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in CRM, email, database and/or loyalty Knowledge of the following concepts: Database management, API integration, US 1st party data privacy regulations Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud or like platform Experience with SQL not required but is a plus Experience with marketing platform integration Ability to communicate technical concepts and ideas to non-technical audiences Establish/maintain a strong partnership with the business partner and manages expectations Ability to leverage insights to draw sound conclusions and translate them into actionable recommendations The candidate must be immersed in digital culture, familiar with emerging trends and technologies Digital media experience preferred Passion for consumer/shopper behavior High degree of functional proficiency with Excel, Power Point, and data analytics software Strong written and verbal communication skills Relocation Eligible: Not Eligible for Relocation Job Type: Regular All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, or disability status.
