BFY Brands, the newest brand addition to Frito-Lay (and PepsiCo) has an opportunity for a Shipping and Receiving Administrator to join our team. Shipping and Receiving Administrators are responsible for a variety of shipping, receiving computer entry, and warehouse duties. The Shipping and Receiving Administrator will be detailed oriented, have the ability to function in a fast-paced environment and will work hand in hand with the Warehouse team to maintain compliance.
Job Responsibilities:
Receiving domestic and international shipments, including hazardous and non-hazardous goods
Prepare order documents for shipping and execute shipments in our computerized tracking program
Assign dock appointments for both outbound and inbound loads to the facility
Sign out trucks and process paperwork from a computerized tracking program
Log received material and shipments into computerized warehouse inventory tracking system daily following policy and procedures
Interact with external carriers to ensure proper DOT documentation procedures are followed
Ensure personnel and outside contractors follow PepsiCo Warehouse Safety Procedures
Support the Warehouse Team in the coordination of loading and unloading incoming and outgoing shipments from carriers and perform appropriate trailer and shipment inspections to ensure shipment integrity
Ensure a high degree of detail and focus on every job
Be a champion for PepsiCo R&D safety processes and procedures
Actively participate in the ongoing shipping and facilities training programs by fulfilling all required learning and training experiences, and bypassing all evaluations and assessments throughout the program
Perform various office tasks such as email, phone, scanning, copying, and paperwork organization
Other duties as assigned, including operating hand lifts and forklifts safety, delivering received goods to appropriate recipients, and routine organizing and cleaning
