What You'll Do As an SFDC engineer:
The person we're looking for shares our passion about delivering data science in enterprise platforms. This means the person is responsible for implementation side of enabling the data science solution in the platform. It means keeping up to date on the ever-evolving technologies for platform architecture and data science to run POCs, pilots, and scale to production within Cisco globally. And it means working collaboratively with a broad range of people both inside and outside the company such as third-party vendors. This can include our data privacy office, InfoSec, data scientists, IT, and different business stakeholders.

Youll be part of the Enterprise AI organization within Ciscos Data & Analytics Office. Youll work with data scientists, product managers,IT,andsellers to guide the organization to producing effective solutions to critical sales problems.

We are seeking high-energy and qualified candidates who possess the following skills and experience:
Excellent communication skills
4+ years of experience in the tech industry, with specific experience working in IT, platform automation, data science, data analytics oroperations
2+ years of experience using Salesforce.com, Service Cloud, and related products like Marketing cloud, Commerce Cloud, Community Cloud
Experience with 3rd partner sales tools a plus (e.g. Anaplan, Oracle)
Experience with Einstein Analytics
SOQL/SQLand Tableau Desktop Specialist certification
Exceptional leadership, writing and presentation skills
