Responsibilities

The Services Catalog (SC) Manager/ ITSM Process Lead will prepare and maintain the catalog of IT services provided to the client and users. The SC Manager must have a deep knowledge of IT Operations processes and frameworks (SDLC, ITIL, etc.), process improvement methodologies (e.g. Six Sigma, ISO 9004, AGILE) and business service management. Responsible for designing, managing, and reporting on core IT Infrastructure processes, such as Problem, Change, Incident, Event, Service Level or Knowledge management.

Specific Responsibilities include:

- Develop and implement service catalog management processes, templates and other documents

- Ensure that the Service Catalog Management process is fit for purpose

- Ensure the Service Catalog is available, accurate, and meets IT service provider and end user needs

- Coordinate and facilitate Service Catalog Management meetings to assess Service Catalog quality /value and address gaps as necessary

- Identify Services that should be included in the Service Catalog

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  1. A minimum of TS security clearance with SCI eligibility.
  2. Bachelor's w/ 8-10 yrs. experience, Master's w/ 6-8 yrs. experience, Or related equivalent experience w/o a degree
  3. Deep working knowledge of ITIL processes, especially Service Catalog Management.
  4. DIA systems experience
  5. ITIL certification
  6. Deep working knowledge of the Service Management workflows and ITSM processes

Desired Qualifications:

  1. STEM degree (e.g., computer science, management information systems, systems engineering).
  2. Familiarity with Agile systems implementation methodologies.
  3. Experience with cloud computing services.
  4. Any Cloud-related Professional certification(s): [e.g., i. Professional Cloud Solutions Architect (PCSA) ii. AWS Solutions Architect (Professional)], iii. AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, iv. AWS Certified SysOps Administrator (Associate), v. AWS Certified DevOps Engineer (Professional), vi. AWS Certified Big Data (Specialty)]
