Unit Description

Sodexo is seeking a Service Response Manager (Call Center) Manager 1 to support our At Your Request (AYR) patient meal service response program at Northwestern Medicine Woodstock, located in Woodstock, IL.  The Northwestern Medicine is comprised of three hospitals located in McHenry, Huntley and Woodstock, IL. 

 

Services Response Manager 1 responsibilities include: 

  • Overseeing the patient meal services call center and ensuring all requests are dispatched and responded to in a timely manner
  • Instilling a Hospitality Culture to Ensure an Excellent Patient Experience
  • Providing front-line Customer Service Training
  • Maintaining best in Class Patient Satisfaction Scores for our At Your Request (AYR) patient meal service
  • Utilizing HealthTouch software functionality, data and analytical reporting
  • Recognizing and developing talented front-line staff 

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Knowledge and/or experience with AYR kitchen processes
  • Strong employee engagement and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a high-volume call center
  • Experience utilizing HealthTouch software functionality, data and analytical reporting
  • Healthcare experience or a Nutrition Education Background preferred

Position Summary

Manages response center services in a call center environment at an account by ensuring requests are dispatched and responded to in a timely manner.Key Duties-Manages operations and staff of the service response center by fulfilling contractual obligations.-Ensures requests are dispatched and responded to in a timely manner and that appropriate equipment and resources are available. -Identifies and sets-up new service providers, views and approves work orders, proposals, and invoices. -Runs financial and call volume reports.-Meet with client contacts to develop service improvements.

Qualifications & Requirements
