**What You Will Achieve**

You will help us in building our strength in analytics based reporting. You will be relied on to design and manage the analytics based web-based reports on an enterprise-wide scale.

As a Senior Manager, your advanced knowledge of the principles and concepts in the discipline and comprehensive knowledge of other disciplines will enable you to lead complex projects across the division. Your ability to develop and manage plans will facilitate in achieving objectives, interpreting internal and external business challenges and recommending best practices for improvements. While managing complex project environments, you will be able to anticipate and troubleshoot roadblocks and influence teams to achieve targets for the division.

**How You Will Achieve It**

+ Develop ideas and lead projects across subdivision and develop plans to achieve objectives.

+ Define and maintain related artifacts that support data integration.

+ Translate high-level business problems into solutions using data-driven modeling and analysis.

+ Provide hands-on technical leadership for solution design, prototyping and development activities.

+ Partner with other Pfizer Digital teams to define and execute technology Proof of Concepts (POCs) using innovative technologies to advance Pfizer's analytic capabilities.

+ Partner with stakeholders in Digital and Global Supply chain organizations to assess & prioritize the requirements, build plans and deliver Supply planning analytical capabilities.

+ Develop efficient analytic pipelines that may be complex and include components related to data acquisition, exploratory analysis, feature engineering, modeling, and interactive storytelling.

+ Manage shared-ownership of advancing team's capabilities in at least one technical area.

+ Directly engage with key business stake-holders.

+ Stay abreast of new capabilities in the cloud analytics space and within market to improve existing solutions.



+ Bachelor's Degree

+ **7+ years of experience in Data Warehouse Management and Business Intelligence**

+ **Service Management**

+ Demonstrated experience in managing large and complex analytical projects and programs

+ Knowledge of Big Data technologies

+ Ability to work both independently and in a team environment

+ Influential leader with ability to clearly articulate expectations, capabilities and action plans

+ Ability to learn and apply new technologies quickly

+ Ability to identify trends, identify outliers and find patterns

+ Strong verbal, written communication and presentation skills


+ Masters Degree

+ Relevant pharmaceutical industry experience

+ Experience with data modeling and data storage concepts

+ Understands business processes in one or more pharmaceutical domains including discovery, research, clinical, regulatory or safety

+ Demonstrated understanding of data management principles
