Requires BA/BS with 15 years of experience, with at least 8 years of management level responsibility.
Expert level ITIL 4 certification

CISSP and CASP-CE certifications required
Experience with the solution design and implementation of a large scale ITIL environment for a DOD, Government, or highly-regulated industry organization
Experience managing large-scale, complex programs for a large organization
Experience working in and managing geographically dispersed customers and teams
Excellent communication skills and 5+ years experience working directly with senior level leadership as a trusted advisor
Working knowledge of the current DoD IT and cyberspace operational environments
Candidates for this position must possess a valid Secret security clearance

Desired Qualifications:
Master level ITIL certification
Experience delivering process and technical innovations for large scale organizations, such as the military or other large Government organization
5+ Years of engagement with industry or professional organizations on the development and management of the ITIL framework

Our Health Group is seeking an experienced Service Integration leader to:
  • Lead the development, integration, and management of a global enterprise Multi Source Integration model, with multiple Government and Commercial Service Providers focused on the delivery of uninterrupted, secure, high quality services based on consistent policies, processes, tools, and reporting.
  • Develop an actively anti-fragile integration model that builds a cooperative environment, focused on prioritizing the best interest of the customers and continuous process improvement
  • Build an organizational and operational model grounded in the ITIL framework and focused on accountability, establishing boundaries, and consistency, while maturing delivery through continual improvements in the entire environment including cost effectiveness, service quality, and customer experience
  • Establish the model for governance, oversight, and collaboration with the customer and between service providers, including process, design, operations, issue identification, resolution, and reduction
  • Understand the customers business and operational environment
  • Support the Program Manager, governance processes, and programmatic reporting
