ADP is looking for a Service Desk System Administrator.

As part of the IT - Enterprise Tools team the CA Service Desk System Administrator will be involved in the support and implementation of the CA Service Management suite of products.

You will engineer, build and maintain the application environments, enhance and customize the products to support the business processes and provide support to end users including troubleshooting.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform day-to-day administration of the Service Management suite of products.
  • Support CACMDB
  • Maintain the integrity of the CASD platform across production and non-production instances
  • Perform installation and testing of updates and new releases
  • Provide Service Desk configuration and customization assistance including, but not limited to: form tailoring, workflow administration, report setup, data imports, LDAP integration, custom scripting and third party software integrations
  • Assist in troubleshooting patch / release management issues
  • Support translating business requirements into technical requirements
  • Develop UI forms, fields, notifications, workflows, and JavaScript server/client code
  • Build reports, gauges, and home pages
  • Search, populate, and customize the knowledge base
  • Document procedures and maintain runbooks
  • Identify automation opportunities and implement solutions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Two years CA Service Desk administrator experience required
  • Experience in engineering CA Service Management products
  • Must possess excellent communication skills
  • Working knowledge of ITIL mythologies including IT Service Management including Incident, Request and Change Management processes
