Who We Are

The new Premier Customer Experience organization has been designed to align with the organization structure outlined by our sales team. We feel a key element to our future success will be our ability to align and partner with sales leadership. In this new organizational model the intent is to have a designated support and delivery leader to manage a book of business and teams that are aligned to each Industry operation.

What You'll Do

You will lead the overall delivery and operations for 9 accounts in our new Premier organization which will include a team of Service Delivery Leaders and delivery teams who are managing customer delivery across these accounts. Accountable for ensuring delivery excellence, managing costs, driving innovation and services revenue growth across this customer base.

Assist delivery teams with adopting and utilizing Cisco best practices around tools, automation, workflows, and process to ensure successful delivery to customers - standardize and replicate where appropriate.

Build a strong alignment with sales, focusing on new business opportunities, understanding and mapping sales pipeline to services revenue forecast.

Foster a positive relationship with the Customer Success Leadership to enable a seamless Customer Experience to our customers and to our sales counterparts.

Responsible for the area level revenue forecast; month and annual as well as handling COGS and PCOGs expense

Track the pulse of your team using Team space, engagement pulse surveys and Talent Space reviews.

Build a tight alignment and collaboration with other leadership in the Premier Customer Delivery Organization

Additional Skills Required:

You've achieved a Bachelors degree and accumulated 10+ years experience as an Executive Services General Manager including developing strategic opportunities

Have 2+ years experience in a Director or Senior Director role managing a global team

Knowledge of current industry issues and experience with developing solutions that drive business impact and include technology enablement and competition.

Can demonstrate experience with Executive Relationship Management & Presence. Achieving results in a constantly evolving environment, through influence and communication at the most senior levels in an organization.

Proven focus on building and handling key customer and Cisco relationships to help drive greater customer intimacy and business alignment.

Strong P&L Management with knowledge, insight and understanding of business concepts, tools and processes for making sound decisions.

Have achieved operational excellence in service delivery execution and management of account level profitability.

Ability to lead multiple projects and senior partners concurrently, by deploying consulting methodology and project management.
