AT&T has an opening for a Service Business Lead to support the contracts program and with the customers service processes and procedures.


The job duties of the Service Business Lead are as follows:


+ Ensure focus assurance on service to confirm that operational performance levels are within the constraints of Service Level Agreements (SLAs), contract administrative requirements, and financial constraints.

+ The Service Owner/Lead is the focal point on service planning and performance coordination with other customer enterprise IT service providers and with the appropriate Government stakeholders to determine service specific changes needed throughout the life of the Service and communicate plans and results.


Required Clearance: TS/SCI clearance with polygraph. (#ts/sci) (#polygraph)


Required Qualifications: Candidate must have 10 years of experience which can be a combination of work history and education. This equates to a bachelors and X years of experience OR Associates and X year of experience OR HS and X years of experience.


Additional required qualifications include:


+ Experience with driving operational efficiencies by redesigning processes and implementing technical solutions.

+ Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite with advanced skills in Excel.


Desired Qualifications:


+ Expertise within a defined service area. Such expertise would include network engineering, network security or network monitoring.

+ Experience with service or product management.

+ Exceptional organizational and critical thinking skills.

+ Database use and management experience.
