Positions in this function are responsible for first-level response and resolution of escalated issues with external and internal customers. Responsible for the overall delivery of benefits and services by providing support and guidance to existing and potential customers to ensure continued membership.

This position is full-time (40 hours per week) Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any shift schedules during our normal business hours of (7:00am - 7:00pm CST). It may be necessary, given the business need, to work more than 40 hours during peak times of the year. Our office is located at 7440 Woodland Dr, Indianapolis, IN.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and supervise daily/weekly/monthly activities of a team members
  • ""
  • Set priorities for the team to ensure task completion and performance goals are met
  • ""
  • Coordinate work activities with other supervisors, managers, departments, etc.
  • ""
  • Identify and resolve operational problems using defined processes, expertise and judgment
  • ""
  • Provide coaching, feedback and annual performance reviews as well as formal corrective action
  • ""

Required Qualifications:

  • High Schoold Diploma / GED AND at least 5+ years of customer service experience OR Associate's Degree (or higher)
  • ""
  • 2+ years of supervisory / leadership experience
  • ""
  • Experience working with Indiana Medicaid
  • ""
  • Proficiency with Windows PC applications, which includes the ability to navigate and learn new and complex computer system applications
  • ""
  • Abilityto work any shift schedules during our normal business hours of (7:00am - 7:00pm CST)

  • 5+ years of experience analyzing and solving customer problems in an office, claims or customer service environment
