Auto req ID: 247308BR Job Description Senior UX Designer - eCommerce Design the next generation of consumer experiences for PepsiCos eCommerce across Web and Mobile. Our team at PepsiCo eCommerce works with cutting-edge technology to build our own tech-stack and experiences from scratch. Were looking for an experienced Senior UX Designer to join the PepsiCo eComm Product and Design team. You will be responsible for taking the lead on creating the best UX and UI designs for D2C and B2B experiences, collaborating with stakeholders directly to meet their needs, and creating user-friendly wireframes and prototypes. This position reports directly to the Product Design Manager for PepsiCo eCommerce, collaborates closely with our engineering and product leads, and is based out of NYC location. The role can be based out of our eCommerce Tech Hub in NYC/SF/Bay Area or remote across US. Weve been laser focused on winning in the marketplace, developing and executing direct-to-consumer experiences like PantryShop.com, Hilolife.com, Healthwarrior.com and MountainDewRise.com. Responsibilities: Work directly with stakeholders to concept solutions through design thinking exercises Build experiences for desktop and mobile that leverage best practices and human-centered design patterns. Wireframe and mockup solutions for developer handoffs Perform user research and analyze data to develop best experiences Ability to communicate and present work effectively to stakeholders Strong collaboration skills with teammates and stakeholders Ownership of design space and drives product from kickoff to launch Qualifications/Requirements 5+ years of relevant design experience Previous experience with an ecommerce website Knowledge of design thinking practices Certifications in UX areas are a plus Humble, driven, and motivated to ship the best product Experience working on enterprise or consumer facing products across multiple platforms Relocation Eligible: Not Eligible for Relocation Job Type: Regular All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, or disability status.
