Cox Automotive is looking for a Senior Technology Analyst to assess and monitor technology risks to the organizations operations and financial statements. The ideal candidate will assist in confirming that key controls are designed and operating effectively, as well supporting Management with remediation activity when necessary. They will coordinate with other risk related groups to ensure accuracy of financial statements and compliance with regulatory requirements and drive business ownership of internal controls.
*Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions*

* Assist with internal control assessments by identifying, documenting, evaluating, and monitoring key technology controls supporting the financial environment across Cox Automotive business units.
* Assist with managing the SOC Report program, partnering with applicable technology business partners, and external auditors. Serve as a trusted business partner and advocate of the business related to third party audit engagements.
* Lead special projects related to technology controls (i.e., system implementations, Governance Risk Compliance (GRC) etc.)
* Monitor internal controls design certifications, issue certifications, narratives, control testing, communicate status to control owners, and determine need for escalations.
* Responsible for the maintenance and preparation of detailed and accurate documentation, including narratives, control descriptions, risk & control matrices, process flowcharts, management responses & remediation.
* Define and identify control gaps and provide recommendations (remediation / mitigation) for control process improvements.
* Effectively communicate results of activities in an accurate and concise manner verbally and in writing.
* Monitor task status in AuditBoard (audit management software tool) related to the design and operational effectiveness of key controls.
* Assist internal customers with troubleshooting & resolution of system issues/problems related to ICG tools.
* Ability to research risks impacting emerging technologies and participate in control design during new systems implementations.
Qualifications:

* Bachelors degree in related field required or equivalent combination of education and work-related experience; Information Systems related degree preferred.
* 5+ years of experience in external audit, internal audit, SOX compliance or a combination of relevant experience, education, and certification.
* Proven track record of successfully collaborating with management on technology and operational issues to influence improvements to control environment and/or increase efficiency.
* Excellent interpersonal, leadership, presentation skills needed to work effectively with teams throughout the organization.

*Preferred Qualifications:*

* CISA, CIA, CPA, CRISC, CISSP or equivalent certification preferred

* Working knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite, SAP, and AuditBoard preferred
* Automotive industry experience preferred
* Experience working in Infrastructure, Networks, Cybersecurity, Software engineering preferred
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
* Experience working with a GRC program preferred
