We are currently hiring a Sr Technician Supervisor to work at our Plymouth, Minnesota facility. This position will primarily work 6AM - 2PM, but will adjust to support strategic and management objective for the plant.

**A Day in the Life**


Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.


+ Performs a variety of duties in the electronic, mechanical, electromechanical, and/or optical areas.

+ Constructs, troubleshoots, calibrates, adjusts, tests, diagnoses, and maintains equipment, components, devices, or systems.

+ Works from schematics, engineering drawings and written or verbal instructions.

+ Operates related equipment; conducts tests and reports data in prescribed format.

+ Performs calibration and alignment checks; makes adjustments, modifications, and replacements as directed; prepares prescribed compounds and solutions.


**Must Have: Minimum Requirements**


+ Bachelors degree required

+ Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience


**Nice to Have**


+ Engineering/Technical background and experience

+ Proven ability to manage teams and multi-task managing skills

+ Experience in regulated environment

+ Project and Change Management skills

+ Good presentation skills to management and collaborators

+ Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing skills

+ Demonstrated ability to quickly interpret an extensive variety of technical information and find resolution to an issue quickly.

+ Demonstrated ability to successfully lead people and projects and to get results through others.

+ Working knowledge of SOPs, guidance documents and applies a risk-based approach to all decisions.
