**Job Title : Senior Solutions Principal**

Provides sales support in developing solutions, partners with IMS Business Development Executive and coordinates the development of activities across multiple functional areas to enable a response to an RFP.

Summarizes and potentially creates presentations for a variety of customers and Dell EMC employees.

Displays strong listening skills in discussions with the customer, understands how Dell EMC can provide solutions that address customer requirements, leveraging Dell EMC technologies and expertise.

**You will:**

Defines solid, workable solutions and provides resolution to a diverse range of business problems.

Has the ability to form trusted advisor relationships with the customer, account teams, and leadership. Stays current on overall competitive knowledge in her/his sphere of technical excellence.

Understands travel is required.

Is responsible for working with the portfolio and other cross-functional teams to determine whether a proposed solution is more broadly leverage able and helps to create it in a way that takes into

account best practices and serves to more easily enable its future reuse.

**Essential Requirements**

Support BDs in driving new business, renewals and when required, renegotiations

Advanced knowledge of the breadth of DTMS offerings across Dell Technologies

Support complex pursuits in existing and new accounts

Gains access to and manages relationships with department heads

Leads through the entire solutioning process

Promote new capabilities across all accounts

Educate Dell Technologies sales force in the new capabilities

In conjunction with BD, identify opportunities and build pipeline

Engage regularly in sales meetings regular district and account meetings as required

Adhere to DTMS governance framework

**Desirable Requirements**

Possesses strong product/technology/industry knowledge.

Any Graduate with 15+ Yrs of experience.

Extensive Dell EMC, partner and competitive knowledge of service offerings, technologies and organizations and the marketplace.

Strong Excel skills, Presentation skills.Solid understanding of the competition.Consultative skills.Customer focused.Negotiation skills. Knowledge of accounting principles.

Understanding of key sales and management reporting tools.
