Qualifications - Must hold an active/current DoD Public Trust or Secret security clearance
- 5+ years of experience developing mobile applications for iOS and Android
- 5+ years of experience in C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, XMPP, REST/Web Services, Network Operations, NetOps, IP Networking
- 5+ years of experience implementing and integration with third-party software through full system implementation lifecycles (i.e., analyze, design, build, test, implement, support)
- 5+ years of experience in Agile software development methodologies
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps or DevSecOps
- 5+ years of experience in performing end-to-end enterprise software application development and software application management (Front-End, Middle Tier, Back End, Storage, and Integration Points)
- 5+ years of experience reviewing, testing, and troubleshooting software code to improve software quality or address software issues
- 5+ years of experience developing or integrating open source software for use as part of an enterprise application
- Shall have a professional certification in at least one of the following: certified DevSecOps Professional, certified DevSecOps Expert, certified DevSecOps Architect, or certified DevSecOps Engineer
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering

Responsibilities The Defense Manpower Data Center (DMDC) maintains the largest, most comprehensive central repository of personnel, manpower, casualty, pay, entitlement, personnel security, person identity and attributes, survey, testing, training, and financial data in the Department of Defense (DoD). As DoDs source of enterprise human resource information, DMDC provides secure services and solutions to support the Department's mission. This position will support the DMDC account as a Senior Software Developer with the Software Quality Assurance Independent Validation and Verification (SQA/IV&V) team. This developer will be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining test automation frameworks, applications, and services related to the enterprise testing organization. The solutions need to be stable, reliable, scalable, well documented, and of high quality. The developer will be responsible for coding, unit testing, integration testing, bug fixes, implementation, as well as ongoing support of the delivered solution. The candidate may be responsible for performing as a mentor and subject matter expert on their team.
