**ROLE SUMMARY**

Pfizer colleagues have many perspectives, backgrounds, and strengths, but we share one goal: to improve the lives of patients. Immunosafety Sciences is a global resource within Drug Safety Research & Development (DSRD) focused on supporting drug development across all therapeutic areas. Activities include assay development and sample testing for non-clinical and clinical studies in the areas of immunomodulation, immuno-oncology and hypersensitivity. Immunosafety Sciences is also involved in the risk assessment process, regulatory filings, and investigative studies to understand immune-related safety issues during all stages of drug discovery.

We're excited to present a Senior Scientist, Immunosafety Sciences open position. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated scientist with a solid background in molecular immunology and both cellular and plate-based immunological assays. The candidate will work in a team environment and will focus on the conduct of immunological assays in support of drug development and strategic initiatives, in both nonclinical and clinical arenas. The candidate will explore state-of the-art technologies particularly in the areas of molecular immune profiling, scRNAseq and TCR sequencing, and contribute data for publishing in peer-reviewed journals. This person will effectively work on several projects at a time and interact with staff from other departments.
