*What youll do:*

As the Senior Sales Strategy Manager, you will be responsible for performing complex analysis to develop recommendations / solutions to our most complex sales, revenue, retention, EBITDA, and growth challenges across Cox Automotive. As a member of the Sales Strategy team, you will support complex efforts across multiple functions and business units as means to drive business efficiency and sales productivity, which includes deep and broad examination of data and processes cross-functionally to support development of strategy around new initiatives, adjusting existing organizations to be more efficient, improving areas of underperformance, and capitalizing on growth opportunities.

*Some of your day to day responsibilities will include:*

* Working effectively on multiple assignments with little to no oversight.

* Collect and analyze data from multiple disciplines across Cox Automotive (all Business Units) to understand the challenge presented and devise a solution with compelling data to support it.

* Effectively communicate outcomes of research/analysis/solutions to senior Sales and Solution Set leaders to inform and influence their decision making.

* Compensation plan design support and administration.

* Serve as a role model, working cross-functionally to keep business stakeholders informed of progress and all related issues. Key stakeholders include - Sales, Marketing, Finance, Corporate Strategy, Business Operations, and Executive Leadership.

* Obtain and maintain a working knowledge of Sales applications, GTM strategies, team structures, client segments, business groups across all of Cox Automotive.

* Be highly analytical with a proven ability to turn data into compelling insight.

* Translate and communicate your understanding of sales process & metrics.

* Design and maintain various sales performance reports/dashboards including pipeline analysis, forecasting and other business health reports.

* Compensation includes a base salary of $87,200 - 122,100. Salary may vary outside of the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidates experience.
* Position is eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or and incentive program.
Qualifications: *Heres what were looking for:*


* Bachelors Degree and 7+ years of relevant experience in a sales/business operations role, or equivalent combination of education and experience.


* Masters Degree in related discipline.

* 7+ years of business experience in relevant functional areas (i.e. Sales, Sales Operations, Retail.)

* Advanced Salesforce.com and Microsoft Office skills. Tableau experience is a plus.

* Management consulting, sales operations/strategy, and/or automotive experience preferred.
