*What Youll Do:*

Your primary function as the Senior Sales Strategy Performance Analyst is to support the Sales Performance Management team with a strong technical, analytic, and problem-solving ability. You will participate in the design of territories, developing quotas and administering commission plans for approximately 600 team members. You will be responsible for compensation analytics, and reconciling data sources for revenue transactions. You will develop varied, complex and confidential reports and processes, and must be organized and detail oriented, as well as, ensure all tasks are completed with a high level of accuracy and customer satisfaction. It is critical that you possess a working knowledge of company data architecture and databases, including data flow and tools. Youll be required to ensure processes and communications are consistent among the stales teams across Cox Automotive to align for overall success within the sales org.


*Some of your day to day responsibilities will include:*



* Manage the monthly/quarterly Compensation Analytics review meeting which details the drivers of period quota attainment and percentage of target incentive payout

* Collect data from various database and departmental resources to understand drivers to monthly performance

* Make actionable recommendations to improve compensation plan design, quota setting, territory design, and overall sales strategy

* Collaborate with FP&A and Quota Administration team to understand the assumptions used to create the budget and sales targets

* Build analytics reports and dashboards for Sales leaders within compensation administration tool, Incent

* Provide mid-month reports to project end of period quota attainment and commission expense risk

* Create the annual commissions budget based on sales headcount and recent trend of commission expense

* Act as a central liaison to help with the development and improvement of reports and dashboards that provide reliable and actionable insights

* Distill data into concise analyses/presentations with stated recommendations and implications to enable sound decision-making

* Serve up data to connect insights from a variety of analyses to tell a holistic story and drive actionable strategies and recommendations

Qualifications: *Heres what were looking for:*

Required:




* Bachelors Degree and 5+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.



Preferred:




* 3+ years leading enterprise-level reporting, analytics and/or strategy in a highly complex sales/sales operations environment

* Experience using MS Office advanced level Excel & PowerPoint, Business Objects, SAS, Tableau, PowerBI, Salesforce, SQL, data visualizations

* Proven and demonstrated ability to organize, plan and execute a sales strategy.

* Ability to think broadly across multiple business lines

* Knowledge of existing CAI sales processes and sales team structure/organization

* Excellent presentation skills: strong skill in effective communication with all levels of leadership

* Ability to create executive-level documentation via MS suite

* Proven skill in change management and problem solving
