Manager, Global Renewals

The role of Manager, Global Renewals is both a strategic and hands-on tactical role. You are the right candidate if you have an in-depth understanding of the SaaS renewals function, a relentless focus on improving the process of renewals execution, and a passion for coaching and developing others.
Execute the Renewals function vision and strategy throughout the team and the organization
Manage Renewal Team Activities including onboarding, training, team management and development, and advocacy
Develop repeatable process that is also flexible, and continually improve on this process to increase scalability and effectiveness
Develop relationships with other departments within the organization including finance, sales ops, legal, partner, to name a few
In collaboration with renewals operations, manage renewals metrics, ensuring accuracy and consistency across a high volume of client data
Demonstrated ability to accept a high level of accountability and proven ability to take ownership and solve problems
Qualifications
Ability to manage influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills including ability to prioritize and escalate customer issues as required
Proven history of proactive, energetic, patient and customer-centric behavior
Analytical and process-oriented mindset
Enthusiastic and creative leader with the ability to inspire others
Flexible during times of change
Experience with cloud-based/SaaS solution offerings
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent training, education, and experience
Familiarity with Salesforce as a support and knowledge platform
