Sr. UAT Analyst is a key member of the User Acceptance Test (UAT) team, supporting business-driven test efforts for multiple Provider applications. The vision for the UAT team requires the deep understanding of people, process and technology, maximizing efficient and effective use of selected software tools. Your work is all about validating how users interact with an application to support end-to-end business processes in a quality manner. Demonstrating the benefits of agile methodologies, business collaboration and a consistent, repeatable process with deep business knowledge is critical to the success of the UAT team.

Primary Responsibilities:

    ""
  • Ability to lead and oversee staff in driving strategic direction of projects and application programs
  • ""
  • Understand, support and mentor staff in building test strategies and execution in an agile environment
  • ""
  • Create and execute UAT test scripts and strategies and document results. This includes both manual and automated test execution
  • ""
  • Conduct reviews of strategies and test plans with Development and Business users when needed
  • ""
  • Work effectively with Leadership, UAT Test Manager, Business SMEs and other Test Analysts
  • ""
  • Work with UAT Test Manager and other Test Analysts to plan testing tasks
  • ""
  • Work with Lines of Business to understand workflow and intended use of the applications, identify test conditions and test cases for UAT test activity
  • ""
  • Manage defect tracking and participate in daily Stand-Up Status meetings
  • ""
  • Escalate testing issues to Test Manager
  • ""
  • Other testing duties as assigned inclusive of night and weekend deployments

  • High school diploma/GED
  • ""
  • Experience with Microsoft Suite of products (Excel, Powerpoint, Visio etc.)
  • ""
  • Possess solid analytical skills for complex problem solving
  • ""
  • Have a drive towards excellence while focused on Customer Service
  • ""

  • Rally/ALM/Quality Center experience
  • ""
  • Experience leading teams

  • Agile scrum experience

  • Knowledge and understanding of Provider data
  • ""
  • Ability to build relationships and work effectively in a virtual global team environment
