The Sr. Provider Config Analyst will work in partnership with the CME to conduct audits and assist in root cause analysis and remediation planning. Additionally, they will be responsible participating in the configuration requirement gatherings for new processes and serve as a SME in developing configuration knowledge.

  • Aggregation Management
  • ""
  • Payment Appendix Analysis
  • ""
  • Fee Schedule Approach
  • ""
  • Contract build prioritization
  • ""
  • Process Documentation/Updates (if any)
  • ""
  • Manage agreement attachment to Providers
  • ""
  • Conduct audits in partnership with the CME Team and conduct config analysis by reviewing configuration set-up and identifying root cause of findings
  • ""
  • Complete SOT Matrix in partnership with CME
  • ""
  • Reviews testing results.
  • ""
  • Collaborate with BPC to validate that the appropriate provider notes are captured.
  • ""
  • Complete configuration requests as back up to Provider Configuration Team
  • ""
  • Attend provider configuration staff meetings and educate/inform the Configuration Team
  • ""
  • Identify process improvement opportunities to improve accuracy and timeliness (i.e., automation, turn around time, etc.)
  • ""
  • Assist with Internal quality control points (Arch Review, testing)
  • ""
  • Serves as SME to assist Provider Configuration team in coaching and developing configuration knowledge
  • ""
  • Participate in configuration requirement gatherings for new processes

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • ""
  • 3+ years or more experience in Provider Data Operations, Network Management Contracting, or Provider Relations to include knowledge of business processes that impact facility/ancillary contract loading and auditing
  • ""
  • Proven ability to manage productivity and efficiency in order to visualize and achieve set goals for delivery of contracts for installation
  • ""
  • Intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft Word / Excel / Outlook / SharePoint
  • ""
  • Ability to conduct data analysis using MS Access or SQL to support business decisions related to provider setup and pricing configuration
  • ""
  • Proven customer focus with proven ability to anticipate, understand, and meet the needs of internal and external customers
  • ""
