Looking for a highly organized individual with extensive experience in the wireless industry, specifically in the areas of new product, pricing and mobile device introductions and related change operations.

Manage the coordination, implementation, launch, and adoption of product lifecycle changes and device introductions related to the Cox Mobile product with project stakeholders, internal customers, external vendors, and cross-functional teams. Facilitates a cross-functional team to execute on defined deliverables and drives key decisions. Common deliverables typically include the project charter, scope definition, requirements documents, work activities, project schedule, risk register, communication plan, resource plan, risk management plan, procurement plans, project budget, quality control plan, status updates, reporting, and tracking. Uses industry recognized/generally accepted PM knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques to achieve a projects stated objectives.

*Primary Responsibilities*

* Manages complex and strategic projects that are part of the Cox Mobile product lifecycle under minimal or no supervision.

* Implements and manages change activities associated with the wireless initiative, including process, policies, product changes, device introductions or technology solutions.

* Supports the development and implementation of standard operational change processes for Cox wireless that result in quicker time to market, simplification of the business, improved customer experience, transaction reduction and revenue optimization.

* Reporting, communications, relationships, and sphere of influence typically occur within team, key stakeholders, and senior management.

* Full accountability for planning and securing resources for tasks, allocation, estimation, scheduling, and risk management.

* Projects typically affect business unit(s) and/or entire company.

* Budget management typically includes costing, tracking of status and resolving cost issues.

* May provide guidance and direction to more junior project management staff.

* Develops detailed project schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports; tracks key project milestones and adjusts project plans and/or resources to meet needs of customers.

* Initiates, plans, executes, and controls project efforts that utilize technological solutions.

* Establishes and implements project management processes and methodologies to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, adhere to high-quality standards, and meet customer expectations.

* Translates project requirements into project objectives and tasks.

* Reports on project progress throughout the project lifecycle or specific phases within the Solutions Delivery Life cycle (SDLC).

* Coordinates the resources necessary to successfully complete the project.

* Communicates major milestones and identifies potential project risks; conducts regular status meetings to review project activities; manages prioritization procedures.

* Sets and manages client expectations, managing and escalating issues and changes.

* Measures progress toward goals and revises project objectives; documents applying change control procedures.

* Anticipates and identifies tasks required to support change processing including performing change impact analysis, assigning tasks to project team members, verbally communicating complex issues, verifying that tasks are completed, and communicating implementation status.

* Builds relationships with key stakeholders and project resources to drive key decisions and ensure timely project completion.

* Produce and report on KPIs and metrics.

Qualifications: *Required Qualifications*

* 7 years of experience in related field (i.e. Change management, process improvement, project management,) or academic equivalent training or projects.

* A solid understanding of the wireless industry and the change operations associated with lifecycle changes for a wireless product.

* Experience with mobile device product introductions or other wireless pricing and promotion offer implementations.

* Familiarity with change management principles and methodologies (example: Prosci certification) and able to work with Agile Environment.

* Experience and knowledge of project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle.

* Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal.

* Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization.

* Strong analytic and decision-making abilities.

*Preferred Qualifications*

* BS/BA degree in related discipline strongly preferred.

* Strong knowledge of Operations reporting and metrics platforms, Technology OSS/BSS, Operational/Financial Reporting, and Performance Management.

* 5 or more years of experience in a leadership role or leading cross functional projects and enterprise-wide initiatives strongly preferred.

* Experience leading large scale change through projects implementation, driving adoption, and measuring sustainment and benefits realization.

* Strongly prefer deep knowledge of Operations, Field, Care, Sales, to include the ability to analyze data and measure impact of change initiatives on the business.

* Demonstrated capacity to thrive in a high-change, often ambiguous business environment. Must be able to work on multiple initiatives at the same time.
