Perspecta has an immediate need for a Project Manager(Senior) in Bellevue, NE.




Create project plan to the activity level including resourcing and estimates of effort with sufficient detail to manage and measure execution performance


Provide weekly status update meetings including a status document for review


Create/Prepare To-Be process documentation including the following:


Process diagrams and documentation


Tactics, techniques and procedures for process procedures execution


Responsible, Accountable, Consulted and Informed (RACI) Chart for processes / procedures


Oversees all aspects of projects.


Contingency planning and risk mitigation;


Planning and scheduling project goals, milestones and deliverables;


Tracking project milestones and provides status updates and reporting formats.



Communicates overall project status to primary stakeholders or senior leadership

Qualifications



Education and Experience Required:


Master's degree plus 8 - 12 years directly related experience;


Knowledge and Skills Required:


PMP Certified or equivalent IPMA or AIPM certification;

Knowledge/experience with Project Waterfall or Agile Framework


ITIL v3 Foundation Certification Preferred



** The candidate hired for this position must be a US Citizen with an active top secret security clearance with eligibility for SCI or must be capable of maintaining/ obtaining a TS/SCI clearance. If the candidate does not have a top secret clearance, a minimum of a Secret security clearance is required to start work on-site for this contract. **
