This role is part of the ADP Next Generation HCM team and will help build a revolutionary new suite of Human Capital Management products for people across the globe. At Lifion by ADP, we are Always Designing for People™, and our Senior Product Manager -- Compensation Management will collaborate across Product, Business, Design and Technology functions to bring to market an integrated suite of solutions to handle the future of how compensation plays a critical role for hiring and engaging talent.

As a Senior Product Manager, you will be a key member of the Lifion product team by delivering the product roadmap, including feature breakdown and partnership with development. As part of the product management team, you are front and center in helping us move forward. Act like an owner.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Embody our core values and principles while be a key member of the Product Management function, in partnership with engineering and delivery teams.
  • Research competitive products, industry trends, and business strategies to determine how we drive unique value and sustainable market advantages.
  • Leverage metrics and data to inform product decisions, strategy, and roadmap.
  • Support the senior product owner's strategy by articulating the vision and mission of the product roadmap, including implementation and prioritization.
  • As Product owner, manage execution for a specific product from product definition and planning through production, release, and end of life.
  • Ability to clarify requirements that balances business needs with innovative ideas and make recommendations to the technical and design approaches to meet requirements.
  • Develop user stories and requirements while evaluating their potential and practicality by analyzing market and customer needs.
  • Serve as the central resource with design, process, test, quality, and marketing as the product(s) move to production and distribution.
  • Act as user champion when coordinating product development with business stakeholder and align all development activity with business goals and priorities.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and service on the development of product positioning, demo design, training courses, sales collateral, etc. to ensure that business objectives are achieved.
  • Engage with customers, strategic partners, and prospects frequently to present our strategy and roadmap and understand their requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a market-facing software and Human Capital Management solutions in a product management role
  • Experience with enterprise software, specifically in the core human resources & compensation management space
  • A problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Driven by collaboration and open communication and deep listening
  • Knowledge of Agile software development methodologies, i.e., scrum and experience with managing a product backlog (grooming, prioritization, and refinement), working day-to-day with the product SCRUM teams
  • Ability to communicate effectively with engineering and design teams to accomplish project goals
  • Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
  • Able to conceptualize, negotiate and sell ideas internally and externally

PREFERRED:

  • Capable of managing multiple stakeholders on the best course of action for the product
  • Experience working in complex organizations and influencing without authority across many domains
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in education and experience
