Job Title: Senior Product Manager


Location: Alpharetta, GA


Job Duties:


ADP Technology Services, Inc. seeks a Senior Product Manager at our Alpharetta, GA location. Responsibilities: Participate in an agile design-driven, user-centered product and development team supporting the delivery of web/mobile based products. Execute the work of a multi-function project team through rapid, data-driven iterations focused on customer and stakeholder outcomes. Partner with User Experience (UX) teams to design and run A/B tests and user research opportunities. Collaborate alongside engineering, design, and business teams integrating customer insights with design best-practices; building and deploying quality software features. Plan around market and software product evolution, based on anticipating customer needs and competitor moves. Partner with stakeholders and define and communicate the vision for the end-to-end customer experience journey, from sign-up to setup. Identify and propose new partnerships or acquisitions, through knowledge and understanding of competitors and the market, to broaden or enhance the software product portfolio.


Education and Qualifications/Skills and Competencies:


Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology Management, related Engineering discipline or a related field plus five (5) years of related experience. Employer will accept a master's degree plus three (3) years of experience in lieu of a bachelor's degree plus 5 years of experience.


Work Experience:


Two (2) years of experience must include: Agile Product Management; Data visualization and analysis tools, including Google analytics, and Tableau for capturing users' feedback, tracking adoption and measuring product success; Business system tools -- Rally, Trello, Slack, and Jira/Confluence; Database/Reporting tools: SQL Server, and MS Access; Building product prototypes or wireframes using web technologies and techniques including HTML, CSS3, or Dreamweaver; Software development life cycle methodologies and frameworks, including SCRUM, and SAFe; Conducting user acceptance testing for new products and features; and Competitive research, SWOT Analysis, and market gap analysis.
