Defense

The Defense group supports the Department of Defense (DoD) mission to keep our homeland and its citizens safe. We provide solutions to improve the Nation's defense by providing software, systems engineering, IT, training and logistics and fleet management solutions.


Responsibilities

Provide subject matter expertise in communication and intelligence. Act as a liaison to the Cyber Center of Excellence at Fort Gordon. Participate in the Network Synchronization Working Group (NSWG). Support Program Executive Office (PEO) Intelligence, Electronic Warfare & Sensors (IEW&S) priorities in meetings with Cyber Center. Prepare, review and /or update the program documentation supporting the acquisition process to include: documents required by laws, regulations, directive and/or policies.

The contractor shall provide systems engineering support to the Cyber Center. The contractor shall:

  • Provide subject matter expertise in communication and intelligence.
  • Act as a liaison to the Cyber Center of Excellence at Fort Gordon.
  • Participate in the Network Synchronization Working Group (NSWG).
  • Support PEO IEW&S priorities in meetings with Cyber Center.
  • Prepare, review and /or update the program documentation supporting the acquisition process to include: documents required by laws, regulations, directive and/or policies such as the U.S. Code Title 10 Department of Defense Directive (DODD) 5000.01, Department of Defense Instruction (DoDI) 5000.02, DoDI 8500.01 (Cybersecurity), DoDI 8510.01 (Risk Management Framework (RMF) for DoD, Information IT), and Army Regulation (AR) 70-1.

On a day to day to day basis, this LNO (Liaison Officer) position provides support to three different organizations: PEO IEW&S, Cyber Center of Excellence (CCoE), Military Intelligence Center of Excellence (ICoE) Ft Huachuca.

  • The LNO helps bridge the key areas of mutual interest between the CCoE, the PEO IEW&S, and ICoE (Cyber, EW, SIGINT Integration, Network Requirements and Integration, and program support as required).
  • Serves as the liaison between the PEO IEW&S and the ICoE to help push the three organizations closer to CCoE activities of mutual interest and support.
  • Serves as the IEW&S, ICOE, and AISR subject matter expert and does anything and everything to bridge these organizations from a capability integration standpoint.
  • Provides support to the ICoE CG to include ACMs Sensors, Foundation and MI Formations. Assists with development of capabilities that require integration between the two COEs.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Extensive Background on Cyber and Intelliegence
  • Active Secret Clearance
  • Masters degree in Business or Science
  • A minimum of 30 years experience
  • Military experience
