Sodexo is seeking two finance leaders to serve in the capacity of **Finance Manager** to support a new sale within the Healthcare Segment.


One Senior Manager will oversee the contract for the system as well as any adjustments or amendments that are required to ensure service level agreements are met. The other Senior Manager will serve as the system controller providing financial assistance to all units in this system.


**These are remote / virtual positions with the preferred candidates residing in OK, WI, or MO.**


**The successful candidate will:**


+ manage monthly, quarterly and annual accounting and reconciliation of the activities of current and future contracts as assigned per contract terms;

+ conduct monthly analysis of contracts assigned;

+ interact with all levels of management including National Account Executives, Regional Account Managers, corporate finance, Financial Service Center personnel as well as with the external clients to ensure all client volume is being received;

+ conduct monthly analysis of financial performance of clients or contracts assigned; and/or

+ Be involved in the monthly billing of the pass through items

+ conduct ad-hoc reporting and analysis as need;

**Position Summary**


Has in-depth knowledge in finance for the assigned Segment and basic knowledge of related disciplines. Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective on existing solutions. Works independently; receives minimal guidance. May lead projects or project steps within a broader project or have accountability for ongoing activities or objectives. Handles general accounting and financial reporting, cost accounting, auditing, budgeting and forecasting, and systems individually and in consultation with Centers of Excellence as appropriate. Assists in providing oversight and direction to Unit Finance. Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience. May represent the level at which career may stabilize for many years or even until retirement.


**Qualifications & Requirements**


Basic Education Requirement - Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience

Basic Management Experience - 5 years

Basic Functional Experience - 3 years
