\u003Cdiv data-field=\u0022Position_Description\u0022 class=\u0022Summary\u0022\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003E\u003C/strong\u003E\u003Cp\u003EOne Finance is a multilayer, multiyear enterprise initiative to Simplify The Home Depot\u0026rsquo;s Financial Systems landscape, Transform Finance Function and Support the success of One Home Depot vision.\u0026nbsp; Delivering on One Finance objectives are critical and foundational for achieving the Interconnected Retail experience through execution of Enterprise Priorities and Commons (EPiCs).\u0026nbsp;\u003C/p\u003E\u003Cp\u003EThe Home Depot\u0026rsquo;s \u0026nbsp;Finance Systems landscape, consisting of 62 heavily customized applications on disparate platforms and databases, is complex and outdated.\u0026nbsp; The current version of the core Finance System, SAP ECC, will go out of support in 2025 and needs to be migrated to SAP S/4 on HANA on Google Cloud Platform.\u0026nbsp; Additionally, the business transformation mandate requires end-to-end process streamlining and standardization, simplifying the Finance function, supporting better profitability analysis, and enabling highly flexible reporting through \u0026ldquo;One Ledger\u0026rdquo; architecture.\u0026nbsp;\u003C/p\u003E\u003Cp\u003E\u0026nbsp;To deliver these mission critical objectives, One Finance is structured as a fully dedicated Program Office.\u003C/p\u003E\u003Cp\u003E\u0026nbsp;The Senior Manager of Organizational Change Management will play a critical role in the following areas:\u003C/p\u003E\u003Cul\u003E\u003Cul\u003E\u003Cli\u003EStakeholder Planning, Alignment and Engagement\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003EEnd-user Readiness and Training\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003EOverall Program Communication and\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003EChange Management Reporting and Insights\u003C/li\u003E\u003C/ul\u003E\u003C/ul\u003E\u003Cp\u003EThe Senior Manager must be a change champion who will be responsible for partnering with cross functional business leaders, IT stakeholders and system integration partners at all levels in the organization in planning and executing the One Finance roadmap, and ensuring people readiness and technology adoption to support the collective enterprise.\u003C/p\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EMAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITIES AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES\u003C/strong\u003E\u003Cbr /\u003E\u003Cp\u003EUnder the direction of a program leadership, and with guidance from third-party OCM advisors, the Senior Manager will develop and execute an overall change management strategy.\u0026nbsp;\u003C/p\u003E\u003Cp\u003EPlanning and Alignment:\u003C/p\u003E\u003Cul\u003E\u003Cli\u003EEvaluates stakeholder readiness, change impacts, desired project results, potential resistance, and performance gaps to facilitate change from \u0027current state\u0027 to \u0027desired state\u0027\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003ELeads efforts to execute change management recommendations, including creation and deployment of Change Network\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003EMentors and develops project team members and subject matter experts on change management best practices\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003EDevelops or guides the development of creative and high-quality change management solutions with high impact results\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003EDrives adoption and training initiatives that support program success (delivering on time, on budget and with unparalleled quality standards)\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003EAnticipates organizational changes that come with large-scale implementations -
