CX Theatre Partner Leader

What You'll Do

At Cisco, we are building the world's best Customer Experience (CX) Team to accelerate the company transition to a recurring revenue software-centric model. We are looking for an amazing Senior Manager to lead the CX Theatre Partner team for Japan reporting to the CX Theatre Leader.


In this high-visibility and high-impact role, you will:


Act as the single point of contact in the Theatre for partner engagements and activities aligned to Customer Experience (CX).

Support the partner sales to align partners to the CX lifecycle approach. Align with partner sales on key focus partners for each priority. Support partners to develop CX plan. Lead execution of CX plan for partners.

Work closely with the APJC Partner Acceleration team and Theatre based resources to leverage regional and global subject matter expertise to achieve these outcomes.

Use data and bestpractices to drive outcomes aligned to the CX business with lifecycle practices for recurring offers.

Orchestrator for partner sales to pull in the right resources and levels of expertise from subject matter experts in the business to drive outcomes with partners aligned to high-touch, mid-touch motions

Shape and execute the CXlifecycle partner modelstrategy. Drive Portfolioeducation

Validation of Partners ability to integrate and scale CX Offers

Understand the Partnerbusiness model and impact toPartners of CX initiatives

Provide theatre input on how to scale Cisco CX through partners

Alignment with the field to drive focusedpartnerinitiatives: Financial,Offers, Customer Success, etc.

Establish and leverage keyrelationships with relevantPartner executives andstakeholders

Engage Cisco stakeholders and specialists as required

Educate partners on CX offer monetization throughdemand generation & extensibility

Keep assigned Partners informed of key offer changes / features & benefits

Facilitate Partner knowledge transfer where appropriate to enable Partner change management priorities.

Support portfolio development and launch priorities for Partners

Collect and interpret key Partner feedback and distill for CX Leadership


Who You'll Work With


When you work with us, you'll regularly influence our CX Leadership Team and your Sales leadership colleagues, enabling them to make effective and informed decisions on CX lifecycle and offers while we transform Cisco's overall sales and go-to-market approach. You'll build a strong network of cross-functional partners across CX, and Cisco to help our business grow profitably.


You will form and lead a high-performing, well-respected team within the Customer Experience organization which exists to make Cisco's customers successful across the customer life cycle. You will know your customers needs well and can help develop your team so they delight our customers.


Who You Are
With strong experience of both leading teams through transformation and a passion for customer delight, you have proven the ability to set a vision, excite, and lead a cross-functional team to deliver strong outcomes. You know your customers and you excel at translating their business requirements into a successful and profitable business. You passionately advocate for customers, and you have an obsession with customer success.

You are an excellent teacher and mentor to your team. You can convey the most complex concepts in the simplest of terms. You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic and multi-cultural business environment and you can work with a range of sensitive and confidential issues.

At a minimum, we require:
Extensive experience of successful partner facing roles.
Demonstrable leadership role experience.
Excellent executive level communication and presentation skills in English including experience of presenting in front of large audiences
