Pfizer established itself as a global leader in the field of ATTR-amyloidosis with the launch of Vyndaqel (tafamidis) for polyneuropathy (PN) several years ago outside of the US. The recent approval of Vyndaqel/Vyndamax in cardiomyopathy (CM) has created an exceptional opportunity to build a global amyloidosis franchise and will serve as the anchor brand for the Rare Disease Business Unit.

The **Senior Manager, Global Marketing, Vyndaqel/Vyndamax, Unbranded & Patient** , is a role with global scope that will lead the evolution of the disease education strategy and execute the global HCP unbranded disease awareness campaign with the objective of rapidly accelerating awareness of ATTR-CM. The role will collaborate closely with the global cross-functional team and countries to ensure local insights are leveraged in the development of global materials and programs, and to facilitate country implementation of these strategies and tactics.

**This role requires a marketer who has global and/or US marketing experience, with a passion for innovative digital marketing.**


+ Collaborate with the Unbranded & Patient Lead to develop and drive the global Vyndaqel/Vyndamax HCP unbranded disease awareness strategic plan

+ Develop and execute global ATTR-CM HCP disease awareness campaign (Suspect & Detect) via creation of messaging, materials and events.

+ Collaborate closely with Medical Affairs and next-generation diagnostics team to integrate evolving and emerging standards for diagnosing ATTR-CM into the unbranded platform.

+ Develop and implement innovative digital HCP unbranded and patient-focused initiatives

+ Co-lead a monthly GLocal country forum to facilitate best-practice sharing among priority global markets

+ Partner with Country Action Support Team (CAST) to ensure implementation of global brand strategies/tactics, and to ensure local market insights and needs are addressed.

+ Collaborate closely with cross functional team members including Medical, Customer Insights and Analytics, Corporate Affairs, Communications

+ Contribute to annual strategic and tactical operational plans

+ Bachelor's Degree required. Advance degree preferred.

+ >5 years healthcare industry experience.

+ Brand planning / brand strategy development experience

+ Proven ability to proactively lead the thinking - connect, communicate, influence and persuade.

+ Ability to liaise with many different functions and colleagues and lead by influence effectively to implement strategies with internal/external stakeholders.

+ Demonstrated strong analytical skills, including capabilities for uncovering deep customer insights, and acting upon customer needs.

+ Market research experience or engagement with market research in numerous projects.

+ Experience presenting opportunities and brand plans to senior leadership.

+ Hands-on experience leading communication platforms, managing agencies and/or other related projects.

+ Experience interfacing/collaborating with Regulatory, Medical, Legal, Public Affairs and other functions.

+ Candidate demonstrates a breadth of diverse leadership experiences and capabilities including: the ability to influence and collaborate with peers, develop and coach others, oversee and guide the work of other colleagues to achieve meaningful outcomes and create business impact.
