**ROLE SUMMARY**



Currently, Pfizer's Global Hematology portfolio is a leader in Leukemia with inline products in AML, CML, and ALL including core brands Bosulif, Besponsa, Mylotarg and Daurismo. Pfizer's hematology portfolio has expanded to include our B-Cell Maturation antigen (BCMA) targeted bi-specific antibody, PF-06863135 (elratanab) for the treatment of multiple myeloma.



Multiple Myeloma is highly prevalent with substantial mortality (66%) and high rate of relapse on therapies currently considered Standard of Care. The current Multiple Myeloma marketplace has an estimated value of ~ $32B in most major markets by '2024. Given B-cell maturation antigen (BCMA) is a novel target that is highly active in MM. This role provides a unique opportunity to join Pfizer's hematology team as we build in this new therapeutic area and bring PF-0683135 to patients.



Pfizer Hematology is preparing for Global Launch in Multiple Myeloma in Triple Class Refractory with subsequent launches in earlier lines to follow. Given a highly competitive market, success will rely on Speed to market, Robust clinical data, and to Establishing Pfizer leadership in multiple myeloma.



The **Senior Manager,** **Global** **Competitive Marketing, Multiple Myeloma** will report to the Senior Director, Global Multiple Myeloma Team Lead and will support the Global HCP Lead in developing and executing the global elranatamab competitive strategy. The Senior Manager, Global Competitive Marketing will be the primary team member responsible for monitoring and interpreting competitive developments to ensure optimal differentiated positioning and launch trajectory within a crowded market.



**ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES**



+ Proactively monitor competitive developments, scenario planfor multiple potential competitive event outcomes (e.g. outcomes of clinical trials),and evolveHCPbrand strategy to address new and emergingcompetitivethreats

+ Lead competitive strategy development initiatives

+ Support the Global HCP Lead in integrating new and rapidly evolving scientific data into branded and competitive strategy to consistently strengthentheelranatamabvalue proposition and differentiate it versus competitors

+ Partner withelranatamablife-cycleplanning teamto ensure existing and emerging data gaps areproactivelyaddressed

+ Ensure GLOCAL framework and forums are consistently applied for sharing competitive insights

+ Serve as the Pfizer Commercial liaison for competitive intelligence team and vendor

+ Collaborate closely with cross functional team members including Medical,Legal,Customer Insights and Analytics,PHI,Health and Economic Outcomes Research, Corporate Affairs, Communications

**BASIC QUALIFICATIONS**



+ BA/BS - degree required. Advanced degree preferred

+ Oncology experience preferred, hematology or Multiple Myeloma experience desirable

+ High scientific aptitude with a demonstrated ability to quickly assimilateemergingdata in a new and rapidly evolving therapeutic area(Multiple Myeloma)

+ The candidate must be a self-starter who is able to multitask in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

+ Mature, self-driven, have exceptional learning agility and a high degree of comfort with ambiguity

+ Minimum 7 years of pharmaceutical industry or consulting experience in marketing, strategy, new product launch, competitive intelligence or business development

+ Proven track record of Innovation

+ Demonstrated strong analytical skills, including capabilities for uncovering deep customer insights, and acting uponcustomer needs

+ Market research experience or significant engagement with market research in numerous projects

+ Proven management and leadership skills in a cross functional, full matrix environment; ability to lead by influence & example to effectively implement strategies with internal/external stakeholders

+ Strong communication skills, ability to infuse enthusiasm, energy, confidence into teams

+ Excellent leadership and engagement record

**NON-STANDARD WORK SCHEDULE, TRAVEL OR ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS**



Position requires domestic and international travel up to 25% of time
