PepsiCo is seeking a talented writer and communications professional to join our dynamic and growing Executive Communications team. This role will support high-level communications for some of our companys most senior leaders, including drafting executive briefings, speechwriting, messaging, and partnering on thought leadership. You will have the opportunity to create communications for a variety of platforms, including external speaking, media interviews, internal communications and high profile events. We are looking for someone who is also a voracious consumer of news and is energized by helping to solve important problems.


Create communications for senior executives that help enhance PepsiCos reputation. Communications include external events (speeches, panels, keynotes) media interviews, op-eds, blogs, social media, internal communications and events.
Lead project management of deliverables for critical communications activities and events including town halls, and other key moments throughout the year
Support development of strategic narratives and messaging to support PepsiCo global team including hot topics and other assets.
Maintain a firm understanding of PepsiCo's business, including a broader competitive environment and external issues.

Key Skills/Experience Required:

The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience working in writing and editing, preferably with a background in corporate or political speechwriting
Excellent writing and editing skills, with experience crafting speeches, presentations, talking points, social media content, quotes
Ability to comprehend and synthesize complex information in a way that is understandable and relatable for the target audience
Experience working on multiple projects on tight deadlines and in a fast-paced environment, where projects often require quick turnaround
A sophisticated interest in the trends and forces reshaping the landscape of our industry and world
Strong project management skills, attention to detail, organized and proactive
Strong communicator who is comfortable working with and supporting C-suite executives
Ability to build strong relationships with other teams and functions
Bachelors degree from four-year College or University
