**ROLE SUMMARY**



The Digital Manufacturing Team is responsible for the delivery of Pfizer's Core Digital Manufacturing Operations Management (MoM) capabilities at every level of the PGS Plant Network (ISA 95 Levels 0-4). These solutions are critical to Manufacturing Execution, Manufacturing Process Intelligence and Production Optimization that aim to improve product quality, increase asset utilization/uptime, automate manual workflows and streamline plant floor operations. The Digital Manufacturing Team provides common application platforms and solution capabilities for Digital Plant, Manufacturing Operations, Manufacturing Execution, Manufacturing Insights and Digital Quality solutions, while ensuring a unified User Centric Design. Key to the success of this transformative digital mindset is the secure, seamless flow of contextualized data from the device & control levels, all the way to the top of the Enterprise. These solutions are deployed across more than fifty manufacturing & center locations across the PGS Globally. Major Core Solutions and team capabilities for the Manufacturing Operations Solutions Team include:



+ This group supports the design, development, delivery, and digitization of PGS Manufacturing and Engineering processes. Process Areas (Systems) include: Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT), Enterprise Data Historians, Manufacturing Operations Solutions (Manufacturing Intelligence, Maintenance Mgmt & Calibration, Capital Mgmt, Permit to Work, Optimal Equipment Effectiveness (OEE)/Run Time Efficiency (RTE), Engineering systems) and Manufacturing Innovative Technologies such as Mixed Reality & Knowledge Management.



The colleague plays a key role in meeting our mission. Will be responsible for collaborating across the Digital Manufacturing Operations Solutions team to develop the next generation in Digital Manufacturing Intelligence capabilities. The incumbent will bring Digital & analytics expertise for developing and maintenance of systems to support Digital Manufacturing Intelligence applications and tool sets that bring AI and advanced analytics solutions & automation both at manufacturing sites, as well as centralized PGS functions.



**ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES**



The colleague's responsibilities include but are not limited to:



+ Support identifying, scoping, developing, delivering and supporting systems by coordinating between Greece Technology Hub MI Development team and solution teams across,

+ **Major Core solutions:** MIAP- Manufacturing Intelligence analytics platform, Informa, process engineering

+ Misc Engineering Apps not supported by Site Engineering or Managed Support Team

+ Create long-term and short-term plans

+ Provide guidance to team members by ensuring clarity around priorities and goals

+ Manage project priorities including setting targets for milestones to ensure that the team meets the deadline

+ Coordinate with vendors and suppliers as required

+ Workingacross functions with peers in other groups to ensure collaboration for shared goals

+ Ensuring the entire technology stack is designed and built for speed and scalability

+ Provide Technical GxP process support, while ensuring all solutions are complaint from an Audit and Change Management perspective.

+ Development & Technical Resource Capacity Planning

+ Act as a thought leader on emerging digital technologies

+ Release Planning and Impact Assessment

+ Own all solutions under the MIAP platform (Tibco Business Works.Tibco Business events, Tibco Data Science, Kafka, Tibco Stream Base, Tibco Data Virtualiation)

+ Solution owner for all application developed with MIAP

+ Own DevOps & Continous Delivery Integration across all solutions

+ Deployment Hypercare Support with Application Support

+ Vendor Support Escalation

+ Solution Archival Strategy & Performance Managment

+ Technical Solution Roadmap & Governance

+ Disaster Recovery Planning

+ Collaborate with key stakeholders across Digital, PGS, and Strategic Partners

+ Create and maintain development and delivery guidelines to improve team efficiency and solution quality.

+ Mentor local colleagues and assist with day to day task priorities



**BASIC QUALIFICATIONS**



+ Education: Bachelor's Degree

+ 7+ years of experience in IT Solution Development

+ Minimum 3 years of experience working on analytics platforms (Extract, Transform, Load (ETL), Database, frontend UI tools)

+ Minimum 3 years of experience working with cloud-based analytics tools (AWS/Azure/GCP)

+ Minimum 3 years of experience working with ETL tools and applications

+ Advanced understanding of business analysis techniques and processes

+ Current understanding of best practices regarding system security measures

+ Experience in software engineering and design architecture

+ Familiarity with a relevant and globally supported framework-both front-end and back-end, if necessary

+ Thorough understanding of user experience and possibly even product strategy

+ Ability to learn new tools and applications. Set strategy for application lifecycle and best practice guidelines

+ Appreciation for clean and well documented code Ability to work across multiple concurrent activities and successfully adapt to changing priorities as required.

+ Strong process and procedure skills, most particularly regarding System Development Lifecycle, functional enhancement governance, and stakeholder management - Required

+ Experience in all lifecycle phases of managing SaaS/cloud-based solutions required.

+ Experience in managing L4 support queues and adhering to defined SLAs (Service Level Agreements)

+ Strong experience in MS Office Products (i.e. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)

+ Ability to work in ambiguous situations

+ Demonstrated skills in analysis and problem solving

+ Experience using standard requirements business analysis techniques, including brainstorming, interviewing, requirements sessions, activity diagrams and use cases desired

+ Experience in all stages of system and application lifecycle from value analysis, business case development, solution deployment through value realization and system retirement is a significant advantage.

+ Ability to work across multiple concurrent activities and successfully adapt to changing priorities as required.

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills



**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**



+ 5+ Years' experience working with cross-functional teams across various geographical locations

+ 3+ Years' experience designing, planning, leading and executing on programs

+ A thorough understanding of system GMP requirements and demonstrable knowledge of computer system design and maintenance lifecycle in GMP environments.

+ Practical experience in Advanced Analytics, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, and Natural Language Processing

+ Experience working with Manufacturing Execution Systems data and manufacturing analytics

+ Experience with OSI PI and edge analytics is a plus

+ Experience with Agile Software Delivery and/or Scrum Master Certification a plus.

+ PMI certification preferred but not required.
