**About the Team**

In 2020 AT&T Communications & Salesforce CEOs forged a strategic partnership with Salesforce, the industry leader in Customer Relationship Management licensing their cloud-based platform to solve several agent problems: introduce new capabilities (such as capturing prospective sales leads), standardize, and simplify transactions across products and channels, and stop the swivel to multiple systems and associated slow system response intervals. This will give customers a more consistent experience and will retire dozens of highly customized, product and channel specific systems and tools leading to complexities, confusion, and cost. The Salesforce Platform powered agent interface is known as AT&T Customer Connect (ACC).

In conjunction with the platform licensing agreement, Salesforce is also providing the professional services associated with the foundational development activities to support both BSSe enabled, fully native experiences in AT&T Customer Connect, as well as Launch-in-context access to legacy systems for our current customer base for both wireless and fiber sales, service, support, and marketing activities, known as the Salesforce PMP (Project Management Plan). The PMP also include the foundational analytics, platform and integration activities. AT&T has the responsibility to create the epics, decompose into features, validate successful delivery of the PMP capabilities, and perform the sustaining development activities and platform production support.

Massive investment big expectations accelerated timelines and channels, product owners and customer advocacy counting on a monumental experience change over the next few quarters.

**About the Job**

Our Strategic Platforms team is looking for an individual who is passionate about data and analytics and has strong strategic and multi-task abilities to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

The Sr. Lead Data Insights will lead a team that will help transform CRM reporting, analytics and AI/ML capabilities to meet business requirements, reliability and scalability and performance goals. This leader will be responsible for engaging business/stakeholders to understand needs, analyze, document, evaluate, prioritize requirements, and make recommendations on solutioning and implementation. Responsibilities also include establishing a cloud data infrastructure for all human assist channels, and communications; automation of reports and insights for frontline and management persona using AI/ML; and KPI alignment across AT&T.

Additionally, this role will lead all efforts focusing on transforming data, reporting and analytics for frontline and management persona. This role will be involved in improving, and arming our leaders with the right reports, tools, and insights to drive the business. This will entail applying rigor to the existing reporting and analytics landscape and understanding how to realize benefits across visualization, automation and consumption of information that ultimately promote a stronger and healthier data culture. Excelling in the role requires excellent communication, strong knowledge of agile methodology and SDLC, strong collaboration, innovating around our customers needs, ability to make data-driven decisions, high critical thinking, and high problem-solving skills.

**Responsibilities and Day-to-Day View**

+ Collaborate with diverse business stakeholder teams to develop dashboards and reports to serve the Sales, service and support, and contact lifecycle management teams within the program

+ Develop vision for Analytics and Reporting experience for various leaders and stakeholders involved within the Customer Connect Program

+ Engage with the business team and stakeholder at different levels to understand business needs, analyze, document, evaluate and prioritize the requirements, and make recommendations on the solution and implementation. Deliver the data and reports that help support business requirements, reliability, scalability, and performance goals

+ Drive, develop and maintain numerous project deliverables that support the program, including functional and non-functional specifications

+ Support data mapping/transformation, solution design, process diagram, acceptance criteria, user acceptance testing and other project artifacts.

+ Work effectively with the technical/development team and help them understand the specifications/requirements for data and report

+ Partner with various business partners and solution teams to evaluate how to best leverage analytics to meet evolving business requirements and information needs.


+ Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or another quantitively-oriented degree

+ 2 years of experience leveraging Tableau or PowerBI.

+ 2 years of experience leveraging advanced SQL in a previous role.

+ 1 year of experience leveraging automation and ETL jobs to assist in data transformation and clean-up.

+ 1 year of experience using ML (machine learning), statistical predictive modeling, multivariate/regression, clustering, time series/survival analysis.

+ Preferred: Mastery of SQL and Python (NumPy, Pandas)

+ Experience working with extremely large datasets in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial and fluid environment.

+ Experience in client engagements, interpreting clients business challenges, and recommendations for business stakeholders.

+ Experience developing visualization such as reports, charts, tables, and other visual aids in support of findings.

+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a demonstrable passion to dig into terabytes of data and quickly construct tools.

+ Proven excellence at formulating, understanding, and solving complex, non-routine problems.

+ Outstanding organization and presentation skills

+ Strong written and verbal communication skills.
