The Senior HRIS Analyst is responsible for supporting operational and strategic business initiatives for the Talent Acquisition Technology team including optimizing and updating applications, recommending business process improvements, configuration and setup, and day to day support of users and stakeholders. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with a broad spectrum of user groups and transform their requirements into delivered system enhancements.

You will partner with various stakeholders to define and implement business process and technology changes including on-premise and cloud applications, resulting from strategic business initiatives and process improvement opportunities.

You will serve as a key point of contact for stakeholders and will provide end-user support through consulting, troubleshooting and resolving system issues. You will also plan and execute projects that make significant contributions to organization goals, objectives and future business direction.


The Senior HRIS Analyst is also responsible for participating in any future development activities, including system upgrades and the implementation of additional applications and functionality. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is able to work across different teams and thrive in fast-paced environment, detail oriented with solid organizational and planning skills, and have a passion for problem-solving.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Develop a thorough understanding of current talent acquisition technology and functionality
  • Participate in the planning and execution of projects; including defining business requirements, assessing and recommending improvements to business processes and workflows, and managing system configuration and changes
  • Provide functional and technical support of systems to end-users to include configuration of system components, troubleshooting technical issues, consulting with vendor(s) on system issues and providing technical training as needed
  • Translate business needs and priorities into actionable system requirement specifications and configuration
  • Act as the point of contact for the vendor representative, configuring the system as needed, leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for changes to the vendor system, notifying end users of any down time or changes to the system, and documentation of processes and procedures surrounding the system
  • Work closely with internal and external IT teams to evaluate, define, test, document, and execute on enhancements and break/fix issues ensuring that the solution deliverables satisfy business requirements
  • Ensure systems are properly working after upgrades and migrations, participating in monthly migrations
  • Manage support tickets and troubleshoot issues and escalate as needed

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of business analyst experience and/or experience with human capital processes
  • 2+ years of Salesforce admin experience (Marketing Cloud, Salesforce CRM Admin, etc.)
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications:
  • HRIS experience (administration and/or support of HR systems)
  • Experience working within complex technical environments.
  • Experiencing demonstrating attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Experience working independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven communication skills and ability to be consultative to our internal customers
