Sodexo is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer specializing in layout and design to support our sales team. This position has a primary focus on strategic, complex and high revenue North American and Global business development opportunities. 

Candidates for this role must be self-motivated, talented, enthusiastic, highly organized, detail-oriented, and have a well-rounded understanding of design principles and process. You should have excellent technical skills and be eager to put them to use. 

The Sr. Graphic Designer is responsible for creating materials in a wide variety of formats with a focus on lengthy (100+ page) print documents. This position creates client-facing materials and oversees their projects from conception to completion, as well as overseeing and art directing the work of less seasoned designers. 

Candidates for this position must be able to manage multiple projects, objectives and continually shifting deadlines, and operate with a sense of urgency. Our fast-paced, high-pressure environment occasionally requires extended hours due to strict client-prescribed deadlines. Candidates should be flexible, professional and well-spoken. 

Required skills include: 

• Proficient in Mac but have working knowledge of a PC environment, as well. 
• Expert level skills in Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Acrobat) 
• High proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint). 
• Must be able to give thoughtful and appropriate critique of others' work. 
• Must be able to create and work with style sheets and Master pages in InDesign and work with text-heavy materials. 
• Highly prefer experience with interactive media (i.e. digital magazines, interactive PDFs, etc.) 
• Ability to manage a project from conception to fruition. 
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with staff at all levels of our organization. 
• Preference given for prior experience with Sales Proposals and a deadline-driven environment. 
• This position is far more layout than design, but we are looking for someone who is innovative, collaborative and tech-savvy! 

Creative, relevant portfolio required. Portfolio must include samples of long-form documents to be considered.

CO Equal Pay Act - The salary range for this position is up to $72k 

Position Summary

Serves as the design lead for sales proposals with a primary focus on strategic, complex and/or high revenue opportunities. Responsible for creating materials in a wide variety of formats with a focus on print. Creates client-facing materials and oversees their projects from conception to completion. Expertise in sophisticated design for high profile clients; experience with high revenue opportunities ($10M+); excellent computer skills on MAC & PC platforms, proficiency in Abode Creative Suites and MS Office software required.
