PGIM Finance is currently seeking a Senior Financial Reporting Associate, as part of the PGIM Center team.  The position is part of the Controllership function which is responsible for financial and management reporting for PGIMs multiple businesses.  This individual will report to the Financial Reporting Manager and will be primarily responsible for expense reporting for the PGIM profit center. 

Primary responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

  • Assist the Manager with the preparation and analysis of all aspects of financial and management reporting of expenses, including compensation, operating expenses and variable expenses

  • Consolidate, analyze and report segment expenses including partnering with the individual business units to provide more insightful analytics around drivers

  • Support the preparation of internal management reporting for senior management presentations

  • Support the reporting of expenses from an external reporting perspective, including 10-Q and 10-K filings.

  • Partner with the Planning & Analysis, Finance Shared Services, and Cost Optimization & Performance Management teams on various monthly, quarterly and ad-hoc assignments

  • Support various ad-hoc requests




Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree in a business major (Accounting , Finance or Economics)

  • 3 years of accounting/finance experience

  • Knowledge of Oracle and its applications

  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint

  • Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills

  • Self-motivated and proactive, with an ability to manage multiple assignments and priorities

  • Requires a high ethical standard and ability to work with confidential information

  • Overtime will be required during peak periods
