The Senior Financial Analyst will support various functions including Book of Business (BoB) Membership, Revenue and Medical Cost analysis and reporting; Medical and Specialty Membership Metric analysis and reporting

  • Consolidate Membership, Revenue, Medical Cost data for Book of Business dataset
  • ""
  • Monitor consolidation process, identify and analyze potential consolidation issues
  • ""
  • Reconcile data to source systems such as General Ledger and RSP systems.
  • ""
  • Promote data completeness and data integrity
  • ""
  • Perform root-cause analysis and collaborate with various departments to resolve underlying issues
  • ""
  • Proactively seek opportunities to improve processes and identify areas of improvement
  • ""
  • Various ad hoc analyses and reports as necessary
  • ""
  • Support Medical and Specialty Membership Metric analysis and reporting.
  • ""
  • Operate in an Agile Environment
  • ""
  • Master knowledge of the systematic processing of data from upstream source systems through our functions/systems to downstream sources along with supporting business processes

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting and/or Finance or equivalent work experience
  • "
  • 2+ years of experience working with supporting financial systems interfaces
  • "
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Access and SQL with ability to learn additional data access skills/languages
  • "
  • Track record of delivering high quality results
  • "
  • Experience with querying large data sets
  • "
