This position is to support the Enterprise Clinical Services (ECS) organization as a member of the FP&A team and is accountable for both consolidation and management of total ECS results in addition to support of our Clinical Advocacy & Support operational team within ECS. This position will work with the Finance team, within ECS and at Corporate, to ensure that the business is operating effectively, with sound financial analysis, and with appropriate financial and operating controls in place.

Primary Responsibilities:

    ""
  • Develop and perform the analyses of business and financial metrics as well as performance measures, in addition to having oversight of several SG&A departments and non-labor expense pools
  • ""
  • Develop and maintain monthly and forecast financial reports to clearly communicate actual results, forecasted performance, and variances to plan, forecast and budget
  • ""
  • Support Clinical Advocacy & Support Finance lead in deliverable of sound financials and analytics (25% of time)
  • ""
  • Understand and incorporate industry specific metrics into reports to highlight relevant trends and support fact-based business decisions
  • ""
  • Develop and perform all aspects of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
  • ""
  • Produce clear, well-formatted reports that communicate a clear, compelling message for their stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of financial and/or accounting experience
  • ""
  • Advanced level of proficiency with Excel (experience with pivot tables, database / logic formulas, etc.)

  • Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • ""
  • Experience with SQL, Tableau, DOMO, or other advanced reporting and analysis tool
  • ""
  • Hyperion Essbase, Planning and PeopleSoft Financials
  • ""
  • Proven attention to detail and accuracy
  • ""
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a matrixed organization and with a cross-functional partners
  • ""
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively (both verbal and written) at both the working and executive level
