A Finance Designate or Junior Finance Executive in Training, at PepsiCo is challenged to think both strategically and analytically to solve critical business problems. This program is designed for strong junior executives to: Build and lead a team at PepsiCo Beverages North America (PBNA) with focus on a digitized mindset towards our future finance evolution Build value added strategic business partnerships across the organization Leverage insights and data analytics to improve decision making, while elevating the preservation, access and sharing of digital information Influence the business decisions in helping to shape the organization in living up to its valuesPepsiCo Finance is made up of the following functional areas and the Finance Junior Executive in training will start in a role in one of these areas: Marketing Finance builds annual and long-term strategic brand plans, prepares the business case for innovation, and manages marketing budgets across all brands. Associates partner with Marketing and other cross-functional teams to build plans, allocate resources and performance manage against KPIs. (New York & Chicago) Financial Planning & Analysis manages sector and corporate financial performance through action-oriented analytical insights and traditional financial tools. FP&A associates focus on the development of monthly forecasts, the annual operating plan, and the three-year strategic plan. FP&A partners with senior management to prepare presentations for the Executive Committee and Wall Street. Supply Chain Finance manages the companys product manufacturing and distribution strategies by analyzing production, labor, transportation and selling costs. Supply Chain associates assess the historical and projected financial economics of producing and selling company products. Associates also evaluate productivity initiatives and perform capacity analyses to drive critical capital decisions and inform production planning Commercial Finance partners with the Sales organization to develop key customer strategies and manage performance. Associates develop customers annual operating plans, quarterly business plans, and period forecasts, analyze promotional activity and recommend trade spend allocation. #LI-USA Qualifications/Requirements Bachelors Degree Required (Finance or Business Administration preferred) with a minimum 8 years of Operations Finance or FP&A experience including leadership and managerial roles MBA preferred with minimum of 5 years of post-grad experience Excellent business partnering skills with a holistic view of business strategy, processes, and financial objectives Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence change Proven ability to work well in cross functional teams and develop strong working relationships across all levels Exceptional analytical, problem solving, and modeling skills to leverage insights and data analytics to improve decision making Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment Intellectually curious with a drive towards continuous improvement through process enhancement and change Ability to drive the agenda and influence across functions and levels Ability to think strategically, not just financially, to further all the organizations goals, not just profit Prior experience with financial planning tools, ERP knowledge (especially SAP) a plus, and the ability to quickly learn various in-house software applications Proficient in Tableau, Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) or other similar tools This position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States #LI-USA Relocation Eligible: Not Applicable Job Type: Pipeline All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, or disability status.
