Job Description The Sr District Manager: RSA/RSS Manager is accountable for leading a team of frontline employees to deliver and merchandise orders to key customers in a fast paced direct store delivery environment. Responsible for all zone staffing, scheduling, and retention activities to support AOP priorities and maximize people efficiency. Additionally, they will manage all Route Sales Specialists and Route Sales Associates to achieve sales plan. The Sr. DM will manage all volatile aspects of setting schedules, hiring, training, and consistent communication for this group. They are responsible for all aspects of Safety for their direct repots. They will also review and implement tactics for improving retention. This role must manage multiple tasks simultaneously. The Sr. DM: RSA/RSS Manager role requires strong leadership skills, good communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing work environment. Major Tasks, Accountabilities and Key Responsibilities: Hire, train and lead all RSS and RSA frontline roles including partnering with HR and ZBM on any staffing priorities and output Manage, motivate and develop a team of frontline employees in order to increase daily productivity and improve business performance Manage RSA retention tactics via AOP priorities Manage performance for RSAs and RSSs Responsible for all onboarding requirements for RSAs including RTO and Quest Ensure RTO process is followed and 30, 60, 90 day touchpoints Conduct weekly one-with-one meeting with all direct reports Conduct weekly one-with one meetings with manager Build and manage RSS and RSA schedules including route coverage for vacations, sick and leave absences Conduct 6-8 work withs and training sessions per period Build and manage schedules, utilizing scheduler tools for all RSAs and RSS including supporting down routes Coach and train RSAs and RSS to successfully service accounts Collect, chart and interpret statistical data; manage multiple tasks simultaneously Manage multiple priorities Help employees prioritize the work and promote teamwork Set productivity and service targets, measure performance to drive accountability Lead RSA/RSS district meetings to brief the frontline employees on scheduling and meeting performance goals Covid-19 vaccination may be a condition of employment dependent on role and location.
