The Senior Director, Risk Identification and Capture Program Lead, is responsible for the overall success of the RIC product and related services, including the Performance Support and Optimization (PSO) program, and ensures that clients generate significant value from their ongoing partnership with PTS. The Senior Director will be a member of the Practice Leadership Team and is responsible for the overall management of RIC operations, business development, and oversight of teams within assigned PTS projects/engagements. The Product Owner is responsible for facilitating business development efforts and growth and will have an annual product sales target as well as an annual target for overall managed revenue.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the integrity of operational processes, including building product budgets, ensuring adequate staffing, and compliance with regulatory standards
  • ""
  • Responsible for meeting profitability targets for engagements tied to the RIC product, as well as pursuing and achieving performance-based targets in at-risk engagements
  • ""
  • Responsible for building, maintaining and executing a product roadmap and growth plan in partnership with Provider Technology Services leadership team
  • ""
  • Responsible for developing a deep understanding of the customer and product needs
  • ""
  • Recognized senior voice of the business to the team
  • ""
  • Leads discussions with clinical and technical product leads to represent capabilities and features at team level
  • ""
  • Accountability for prioritization of requirements and assures requirements are represented in the product roadmap
  • ""
  • Actively leads in product/team backlog refinement, retrospectives, defect management, and teams planning sessions
  • ""
  • Collaborates with the other PTS leaders and service line owners to ensure alignment of the product roadmap
  • ""
  • In partnership with the Provider Technology Services Leadership Team, builds product pipeline and ensures other leaders have access to and an understanding of sales and marketing strategy and content
  • ""
  • Provides leadership and strategic direction for client delivery teams, holding workstream engagement leaders on-site accountable for performance and assisting them with complex and challenging tasks

Required Qualifications:

  • Relevant Advanced Degree (MBA/MPH/MHA, etc.) with 8+ years consulting experience OR Undergraduate Degree with 10+ years consulting experience
  • ""
  • 3+ years of experience at a senior level managing large scale consulting engagements and leading business development efforts
  • ""
  • Familiarity with leading EHR vendors' core capabilities, including knowledge of tools and systems
  • ""
  • Expertise in relevant risk adjustment methodologies and policies
  • ""
  • Understanding of the value of healthcare technology and is able to address issues of costs, benefit / risk analysis
  • ""
  • Experience in developing growth strategies for organization(s)
  • ""
  • Experience as a successful influencer who can interact effectively with diverse groups of stakeholders such as other physicians, healthcare administration, and staff
  • ""
  • Travel 30%
