**ROLE SUMMARY**

As Senior Director, Change Enablement, you willpartner with key stakeholders acrossPfizer DigitalandPfizer Business Customersto drive faster adoption,greaterutilizationand higher proficiencyon changes impactingcolleaguesacross our transformationinitiatives.Yourprimary focus will be aligning and implementingDigital Transformation Change Enablementplans that maximizeprocess reuse and standardization, increaseemployee engagement and minimizecolleague change fatigue.You will propel forward strategies to achieve sustained behavior change that will ensure the organization remains competitive, focused and energized,ensuring business results are achieved across the strategic roadmap horizon, purpose blueprint, bold moves and big ideas.You will problem solve to remove barriers of change while creatingsupportsfor change with an emphasison the peopleaspectfor major programs and initiatives.



**ROLE** **RESPONSIBILITIES**



+ Participateas member of theBPE, Portfolio & Change Enablementleadership team, representing the unique challenges and needs ofcustomers (Digital colleagues, Business colleagues, external customers)

+ Partner with theDigitalLeadership team,functionpeers,Learning, HR, Corporate Affairsand othersrequired to support efficient collaboration, planning and delivery ofTransformationChange & Communications initiatives andprojects

+ Manage, mature, and promote the use ofChangeManagementframeworks and processes acrossDigitalto ensure bestpracticesare employed tomaximize efficiencyand value acrossDigital

+ Buildnetworks internally and externally to maximize engagementand ensure cutting edgeapproaches

+ Provide deep changemanagementexpertiseemployinga holistic and strategic view oftransformationchange management for the Digitalorganization

+ Drivethe strategy and implementation oftransformationchange execution (e.g.leadership's role in change, Change Network, Human Resources, etc.)

+ Provide leadership oversight to large scaleTransformationChange Enablementinitiatives

+ Benchmark capabilities, processes and tools against peer groups both internal and external

+ Embrace and lead a culture of inclusiveness and multi-cultural engagement through coaching and feedback to peers and the broader community in Digital in alignment with the Pfizer'svalues

+ Provide leadership, direction, coaching,andfeedback to directreports

+ Build and execute plans to continually mature and expand the skills and capabilities of the Change Enablement team

+ Provide ultimate oversight over allChange Enablementrelated activities including:



+ Preparing for change: perform current state assessment, defineTransformationChange Enablementplan, createand empower globalChange Enablementteamand change agent/ambassador network, identify and manage sponsorsandstakeholders

+ Managing change: Develop and implementTransformationChange Enablementplanswhichincludes communication, training, coaching and resistance managementplans

+ Reinforcing and sustaining change: Collect and analyze feedback, diagnose risks and gaps, manage resistance to change, implement corrective actions and celebrate changesuccess



**QUALIFICATIONS**



Required:



+ BA/BS Degree, Organizational Change Management, Organizational Psychologyor comparable,MastersDegreepreferred

+ 12+ years in leadership positions and progressive change management and communications experience

+ Track record of successfully drivingtransformation change management programs to achieve strategicvision

+ Solid understanding of organizational psychologyand change management principlesto bring colleagues along the change curvefaster

+ Deep knowledge of organizational systems, models, interdependencies and the ability to assess organization dynamics / systems and design interventions aimed at moving the org forward against businessgoals

+ Ability to see connections, patterns across org units and connect the dots forothers

+ Superior skills at building strong partnershipswith peers and other senior level partnersand the ability to influence others and move toward a common vision orgoal

+ Strong aptitude forclearly articulatingmessages to a variety ofaudiences

+ Skilled at developingapproaches for the organization that meet short term needs while supporting / pushing moving the org forward for the longterm

+ Capable ofoperatingas a global leader with understanding and appreciation for regional differences

+ Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle

+ Experience with large-scale transformationand managing complex projects, combining process, organizational change, and technologyworkstreams

+ Problem solving and root cause identification skills and the ability to simplify the complex for leadershipaction

+ Organized with a natural inclination for planning strategy andtactics

+ Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization, coach all levels, demonstrate patience and know when to push /challenge

+ Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues andchallenges

+ Must thrive on ambiguity and the ability to create value out of whitespace

+ Candidate demonstrates a breadth of diverse leadership experiences and capabilities including: the ability to influence and collaborate with peers, develop and coach others, oversee and guide the work of other colleagues to achieve meaningful outcomes and create business impact.
